RULES ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Policy on returns and refunds:
You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period for an order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the time when a specified third party, who is not a courier, takes possession of the supplied product.
In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement.

We will send refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.
Conditions on returns:
To make sure that the products are eligible for return, make sure:
Products have been purchased not more than 30 days ago
Products are in the original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.
Products supplied that by nature are not returnable, such as products that perish quickly or expire.
Products supplied that are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.
Delivered products that, after delivery, by nature are inseparable from others.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above at our sole discretion.
Returned products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products. You must send the products to us at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or without proof of shipment of the products.
Gifts:
If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift buyer received those products directly, we will send a refund directly to the buyer.
